Hi all,We just started using memberships this year and I want to run a
report that will show the total amount of membership discounts that have
been provided to our members so far. Does anyone know if one exists or
how to create a custom report?
Tags can auto-populate based on settings in the Business Unit or Job
Type. I would look in Settings for each of these and see if there is
anything in the "Tag" field. Let me know if you need more help finding
this!
Hi Jaclyn,You can set up this alert in Settings, Integrations. Click Add
then select "Technician Requests Additional Appointment". You can add an
email or SMS or both. Let me know if you need any help with this!
We are having this same issue and have reached out to support and our
CSM at least 4 different times and each time we are told they are not
aware of a solution. Can someone please help? Having to press 1 to make
a call is becoming a nuisance.
