Hi, Service Titan community! I searched this topic and found nothing in the advisor or discussions. We charge our customers a same-day cancellation fee, and I do not see a workflow for this process. I cannot add a fee to the invoice because any items on a canceled job are deleted from the invoice when you cancel the appointment. Does anyone have any experience with this or recommendations on how I can bill a cancellation fee for a same-day canceled job?

We were just talking about this. Do people really pay the cancellation fee? Im chasing people to pay for service done, never mind a cancellation fee.

Cancel you job and add an adjustment invoice- I would create a specific service/task "cancellation fee" and add this item to your adjustment invoice and collect payment

How do you collect the payment? Since the original invoice is canceled, the adjustment invoice attached to the canceled invoice does not show me the option to collect and apply payment.
