But what about for the bills that are outside of our vendor? like utilities for example. Can we still use the Payables module for those bills?

Hi, WRS! Yes, you can pay any bill through the Payables module! It is FREE to use and we give a 1% cash back rebate when any vendor accepts a virtual credit card as the payment method. We asked that question during onboarding and we were told we would be taking care of that through our accounting software.

We use QB for all our accounting which includes Accounts Payable. However, we aren't using inventory yet. We plan on implementing that in the next year since we just recently rented a warehouse/shop.
