bills exporting with class

I have quickbooks online, and the bills will export over but they don't export with a class, Why is this? I was told that it wouldn't have class, it needs to have a class

Can someone please help me on getting bills to export over from ST to QBO? I can do it for one client, but not another & I can't figure out what is off in the settings.

It's possibly a backend setting so you would want to contact the support desk.

Do you see them on the accounting screen? Can you batch them?
