Tips & Tricks
Accepted Solutions: While this is not necessarily new, we just wanted to pose a quick reminder to utilize that “Accept as Solution” button. If you see a question and someone commented underneath with the correct response, go ahead and Accept that as a solution so others can learn and benefit from the response as well!
We also have a few videos coming up on how to best utilize the ST Community- keep an eye out for those as we will scatter those through the month of September!
New Features
Support Page Enhancements: We are constantly making improvements to this experience, and we welcome your feedback on how we can make this even better. For now, we have been fixing some minor bugs so you can properly view the support cases you create in the Community.
Ideas Page Adjustments: bug fixes and we made sure the mobile menu icon for Ideas was correct
