Hi everyone-

If you are using the Angi Leads Integration (linked below), how are you recording the leads for follow up that are not booked as calls?

Hi there @charringtonPSB - most companies either

• create a Customer record and tag the customer as a lead/prospect, and then create a report to follow up, or
• use the Leads module (you can ask your CSM if this is available for you)
