CHAT: We have several vendors, like USPS, UPS, Delivery Systems, Banks who we need to identify other than "Unknown", the only way to add a name to a text chain is to save them as a customer, and the only way to save any number with a customer is the number must contain 10 digits... well, most of these vendors do not have ten digits, for instance US DOT 87368, or FedEx 46339.
Has anyone found a way or work around that allows you to save names to text chain?
It would be really nice to be able to have a fifth pull down entry for "Text" like Phone, Mobile Phone, Email, Fax
