Just curious in the dashboard under the csr calls....are the number of calls that it logs on there inbound calls? are those the inbound calls that you have done total or is it just the inbound calls that you booked into a job?
I get what you mean, sometimes toward the end of the day it will say a CSR has 12 calls. I think to myself in the 7 hours shes been here that's it? So idk, I am assuming these are calls that ring into ST.
