Custom fields on call taking screen

I wish that if a custom field was designated as both a job field and a location field, that when you populated it on the booking screen it would transfer to the location, then auto-populate on the booking screen on future calls. I shouldn't have to ask the gate code everytime, I should just have to confirm that the gate code is 1234.

I agree this would be very helpful.  Our CSR team has the same frustration.
