Resolved! Custom Fields to Trigger Tags?

Is there a way that a custom field can trigger a tag? We have a number of required custom fields on our job booking screen and it would be nice for a tag to be automatically applied to the job based on the answer to a field.

Tagging Calls Live

Tagging calls after the fact is a pain in the XXX! Please make tagging calls "live" while in the call box. This would save time and money. What are your thoughts?

Call Classification

Whenever we have abandoned calls that are 10seconds 12seconds, etc. How do we classify those calls correctly if no one actually answers it? Do we leave those as abandoned calls?

Option for paragraphs in chat

I wish that when we lay out a text in chat, it would stay this way after we hit send. (Option to add new paragraphs and have spaces in between thoughts). This would look tidier, more organized and more professional! To vote: COMMUNITY-I-3271
