Is there ANY possible way to NOT have calls that end up having a sold estimate NOT automatically change to No Charge/Non-Opportunity when the estimate is sold? Is there a setting we can choose or is that a possibility?? Please help - very frustrating!
YESSSS!!!! I completely agree!!!! Has anyone ever got back to you about this? Is there a report you have found to have someone in your company change these if there is no work around?
