Trying to figure out a way to mark a fuel ticket sale as a booked call

We are an HVAC and Oil company. We have plenty of customers who call us about oil delivery but do not use any of our other services. We are trying to figure out a solution so that CSRs can mark these calls as booked without having to create a new job. Does anyone have a way to do this or is it not possible? Thanks!

My apologies, I'll elaborate further. So all we want to do is mark it as a booked call in ST to keep ourselves organized. We are not taking payments for the fuel in ST, we are using a separate application for that.

It may have to be toggled on but you can set up POS locations under Settings>Invoicing>POS Locations. When I click on a customer profile at the top I can "Create Invoice" I'm not sure that's what @iwarren39 is trying to achieve though? If you are delivering something why would you not want to book a call  and dispatch the delivery?

I don't know of a way you can do Point of Sale in ST.  We would love to find a way to not have to create a job too!
