My dispatchers are still very frustrated with this and "seems" like it would be easy enough to implement 😁
Tech chat history
It would be amazing if the "send message" on the technician on the dispatch board showed the chat history! We use this feature a lot to shoot quick questions and the only way to see the response is the chat log on the right side of the screen, and it can get lost very quickly!!
