Customizable color codes for customers on schedule board

I'm interested in changing the color of the customer tags on the schedule board to make them esoteric to us.

I would like to allocate different colors to different technicians so that I can look at the board and easily see where I have possible openings.

When you say "tags", are you referring to the purple thing or the green thing in this picture?

Neither.  The recurring  customers are displayed in orange on the schedule board.
