It would be lovely to see who created non-job events. We currently put our initials in but sometimes it's forgotten. I know I can contact Support to look one up but this seems like something many people would find useful on all of them.

That would save time!

AND DELETE THEM FROM THE SCHEDULE, instead of having to find them on the Dispatch Board...

Agreed! We need visibility on the Office Audit Trail Report to be able to see who exactly made what changes to non-job events. This would be very helpful to help us track down recurring patterns and address them through training. It's pretty important for us to know who has made what changes on our Customer Service Team.

Yes! Not only see who created them but a date and time when entered. I Like non-job event notes to be as basic as possible ie. "Chris Off", "Chris Meeting". Then in the note/summary you can put the reason as detailed as needed.

Agreed! I would also like to be able to create and edit them from the schedule 🙂
