Non job events office clock in/out

When our technicians forget to clock in for a non job event, why isn't the office able to clock them in or adjust the time? When they forget to clock in (by the time I notice it and remind them) the non job event moves to when they clock in. The office should be able to adjust the time and/or clock them in to when they actually showed up for that non job event.

OK so 2 different scenarios, if they clock into the event late you can manually adjust the time in timesheets but if they don't clock in at all you can't technically start the event, you can add the event through the timesheet, it will create a duplicate and you will have to delete the original one.

Have you tried click on their name on the dispatch board and edit timesheets?

that edits the non job time itself. So say we edit the non job event, it'll move that non job event to that time. It does not actually clock them in to the non job event.
