Is there a way to setup a preferred technician for a customer? I thought I saw a place to do this but I cannot remember where I saw it. TIA!

Word of caution with this feature, if you need to change a large amount of data (say you have a tech that leaves and you want to convert all of theirs to another technician) you have to do this one at a time. I know ST has the ability to edit Customer profiles on the backend, and they may be able to perform this as well, but it may take a while to be active.
I use the Preferred Technician field sparingly because of this. I like it, I just don't want to spend a lot of hours managing that data when something changes.

Go to dispatch board and right click the customer bubble area thingy and select location page
from there you click the pencil scroll down and there you will see "Preferred Technician".

THANK YOU SO MUCH! I knew I had seen it somewhere. I even contacted ServiceTitan customer service and they said you couldn't do that. LOL

Honestly I didn't even know where it was my self until I looked for it lol
