Recurring Service Bookings Question - Help

Keep in mind before reading this that this could be user error...

When booking recurring services for locations with multiple memberships (example. multiple units that need to be serviced at the same property) We end up having to book separate appointments for each recurring service. This becomes an issue when my technicians have to dispatch themselves each time they start on a different unit at the same property. (Also makes it hard to get the team to put notes properly for each unit.) 

So how can I make ONE appointment for multiple recurring services for different memberships at the same location?

Ours are not set up that way I THINK you can book one of them and go into the job and click mark as complete on all the visits you want to use on that job.
