On the dispatch board, click the gear icon on the upper right hand side of the screen to access dispatch configuration settings.
On the left hand side of the screen select Notifications.
Make sure desktop notifications are enabled, as well as the relevant notifications you'd like to receive. Save your settings in the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Then just make sure your computer settings have notifications enabled for your web browser, and turn the volume up to the level you need.
