Turning Sound on for Notification & Messages

Does anyone know how to turn on the sound so I can hear when something pops up on the Notification & Messages on the dispatch board?

On the dispatch board hit the gear on the top right (next to the refresh), then on the left click notifications, then on the enable desktop notifications make sure yes is clicked.
