On the tablet when selecting the eye icon to not show an item when presenting the estimate, it will still show! However, when emailing the customer, it does not show that item. Why can't we be consistent? Please fix this! It is obviously an error and sales staff have to explain why extra items appear in an estimate when presenting on a tablet.

Thank you for your patience as our team opened a case on this. An email has been sent with the following information:
"Please provide further detail on the specific 'eye-icon' you are referring to. The one in this screenshot: https://monosnap.com/direct/3MX5XuCZeNOCXoNr2arYR09Uq1ZoUu is not utilized for hiding items, it is so that the tech can open that specific item and get a more detailed overview."
Please reply to said email so that we may troubleshoot this for you

We are having issues with project estimates and hiding the individual line items. We would like there to be an option so its shows
I can have up to hundreds of lines for all the materials that go into a commercial job. Please if anyone can help us out here would be great!

This sounds like a different issue. It may be a back-end setting in service titan that you may have to go to your Service Titan Success Manager. Typically, ours will always show each line item entered in the Estimate Presentation when selecting the "View Estimate" button.
