My tech sent an esign to his customer, the customer states he did sign it but we can't find the proof that he did, where would that be found?

I find that mine usually go to the SOLD of the Estimates section when someone signs an estimate virtually.  Did you check there?

Hi @espencer1 -- have you looked under the "documents" section on that specific estimate?

Yes, me and another co worker have looked everywhere.... Tech said he sent the esign form to customer, customer stated he signed the esign estimate. We cannot find it anywhere. The original est that was sent is not the thing we are looking for, I can find that one no issue, it's the ESIGN form he had sent to the customer.
