Copy/Paste Text from Images in Office

Our field team doesn't always get new equipment information saved to file while on-site which means our office staff will make the data entry after the fact during the review process. Our office team has been hand keying all of this information and... I'm done with that 🤣 I figure if I can copy text from an image on my phone there best be a way for me to do it on a PC (or at least in Chrome). Enter the CopyFish extension for Chrome; I just gave it a trial run and I really like it. Is anyone else using an OCR extension or software that they love or prefer over CopyFish?

Hi @DiamondK1

Thanks for sharing this tip, it will absolutely save some time while making the data entry. 😊 I personally use Quixy, it's a Chrome extension as well.

Ooooh, I'll have to look into Quixy as well!
