Create custom client communications without having to create a new Business Unit

We are trying to find a way to create customized but consistent client communication (email/text for invoicing, estimates, jobs scheduling, job confirmation) without having to create a new Business unit.  ST has informed us this is not possible.

To the best of my knowledge, that is accurate. Also, at this point, even with a new business unit, customer notifications, like Booking Confirmations, Reminder Notifications, ect... are not fully customizable per Business Unit, the only customization a new business unit would afford you in those areas is to include the "Business Unit Name" in the text somewhere; everything else would still need to be pretty generic.
