We are trying to reconfigure our Demand process when capacity is full for the day. I wanted to see what ideas others have on this subject. What process do you have your CSRs do when a demand call comes in and there is no availability?

What is the best practice to refund someone who paid via check? The payment was received in the office, not via check capture. What is the most accurate way to show you did this, in ST?Thanks!
