What would be a better title for "most improved award". Most improved indicates to me you were bad before.
This is what I have researched this far. Do any of these sound great? Or any other recommendations?

Thanks!! I ended up going with the "All In" award. This individual has always brought great value in certain area. But this year they kicked it into overdrive and began excelling in their areas of opportunity, while maintaining their strength in already mastered subjects. This team member is now "All In."
I love being able to bounce ideas and collaborate with this group!

I mean your just putting lipstick on a pig lol. I think its all part of the delivery, if we had a great install helper that finished school and learned very quickly and moved to maintenance tech he could get the "most improved" award not indicating that he sucked as an install helper but that he showed initiative, growth and success!
