I HATE the new update with the Flyout Customer Edit, Location Edit, and Create Customer with a passion!!!
So many more steps and more confusing than the old way.
Can't change phone 'type' from landline to mobile, in case it was saved wrong. We were able to fix it BEFORE the update.
Have to go to the Customer Edit Flyout to click on 'Mail/Email' and save. Then go to Contact Methods to click Notifications. Why so many extra steps now???
If you are going to 'fix' something, how about make it so you can move the order of the phone numbers and emails. Example: you're given a different person to contact as 'primary', but still need the other numbers/emails left on the account as well. The new info gets added to the bottom and you can't see it in the 3 or 4 lines listed in the Contact Methods. So in order to see it, you have to replace the ones up top and add them back to the bottom... again a lot of steps.

Before an CSR would grab the Booking, they would select “+ New Customer” and it would autofill all the information. Now it leaves it all blank resulting in the CSR needing to copy and paste all the information.
This is step backwards. It adds steps and time is consuming.
