What is the current issue?  We can't email or perform any tasks without getting an error message.

Are you sure there are not still issues? My ServiceTitan just crashed and will not load any of the screens or pages my company needs to actually do our job. It is not an internet connection error either because it is only happening to my ServiceTitan and none of my other tabs.

It was nice to come in to have the emails stating it was all resolved and nothing to worry about!

Exactly! I love the convenience of getting the email of the issue and when it's been resolved. Saves me a lot of stressing and time trying to troubleshoot something that's beyond our control : )
