It would be awesome if we could have tags set up where once a customer is added to the system it would automatically add certain tags without having to manually enter them. For example we add City tags to our customers so the city shows up on the dispatch board.
You could make a "Zone" for the city, this way you can easily filter out those calls and there is a color indicator on the job on the dispatch board so it is clear for dispatchers
This is how we show them on the board. This way our tags can be focused on other items, and we can still see city at a glance for moving the jobs around.
