Costco Forms and Service Titan

Hi Titans of every form!

My HVAC company recently got two Costco stores that we are going to be generating leads in and I was wondering if any other companies (of any types) that use Service Titan also work with Costco and how they handle the paperwork. We heard that some people use Service Titan to autofill the paperwork for us and would like to know how they've done it/what would they recommend for handling the nearly 90 pages of paperwork that is involved.

You can use Smart Fields in PDF Forms to automatically fill in PDF forms!

Hi @mleahy -- as @PamDuffy-PCG stated, using those smart fields and adding to the costco forms then uploading into ServiceTitan will work wonders. Pair that with triggering the forms to go to the proper person in the office once completed will allow a second pair of eyes to ensure all fields are completed. It's a hassle when you submit half filled forms and have to go back and make corrections. So setup the forms to autofill, setup e-sign for customers to sign electronically, and set alerts for those forms to be emailed or texted to a person on your team to verify it was done properly. Congrats on landing those Costco stores!
