We knew it would happen eventually!  The first cold snap is coming to our area on Monday (of course a Monday!!).  What are some of your best tips/tricks to manage the influx of calls coming in?  And how do you best support your CSR's when it gets so busy?

Donuts go a long way!! My girls that have been here through both seasons honestly like the busy season more because it keeps them on their toes and no one is stressing trying to find work. Make sure they have the support they need and remind them it wont last forever!

I would be glad to hear advice on this too although it's really only me with Schedule Engine back up when I'm busy. I'm always up for advice though!

On phones pro, just make sure all your settings are solid- we have a "failover" department that we roll our calls to that includes back office staff and managers if the CSRs are all busy.
