Add "Enhance with TI" to invoice summery in mobile COMMUNITY-I-4975
It would be awesome if the technicians had the ability to use TI to enhance their own invoice summery instead of the office having to do it and delaying sending the invoice to the customer.
Reporting for timesheet discrepancies COMMUNITY-I-4976
I love that timesheet discrepancies will be flagged and easily corrected BUT I want to report on the data that is being corrected. If I have a tech who is consistently fudging his time and we just fix it yes it helps the bottom dollar but how do I show the tech that what he's doing is caught, how much it would have cost us and the consequences if he doesn't correct his actions (assuming he is doing it intentionally).
