Is there a way to report on ring time??

Our phones are integrated but we don't have phones pro, is there a way to report on ring time??

Are you wanting a report on calls by the hour or length of convo? I found a workaround for calls by hours in ST but wanted to ensure I understood your question/what you are looking for.

I don't think there is anything in ST that can generate that, but you may be able to run analytics through your telephone service provider.  I have previously used Telus Business Connect and there was a lot of data that could be obtained.

I can, I was just tryin to avoid having to go some place else lol I wanted to add it to my dashboard!
