Recording company cell phones

I am trying to find out what we have to do to get the cell phone conversations recorded that currently are not. Typically, our customers call a number which is ported to a cell phone used by our HVAC manager. That call is recorded. Then he will most likely call them back by selecting the conversation on his cell phone. Those calls are not recorded. Do we need to get more phone lines from Service Titan so that those cell phones can be recorded? We currently have 5 lines we cannot record the conversations on. Support suggested "calling" through Service Titan but that isn't always convenient and, let's face it, it is much easier to select a conversation on a cell phone screen.  If any one knows what their company did to get the cell phone recordings please let me know.

Calling through service titan is the best route. Your on call tech should be able to use the mobile app on the cell phone to simplify dialing from the phone. We do have additional campaigns and "technician numbers" from ST that are associated with each of our techs. The call then comes in through our normal phone system and then we can track how many call backs each tech gets etc.
