can you view an open lead anywhere else other than the follow up section?

It would be nice if there was a way to see that a customer has an open lead from the location page. If the customer returns our call and we click on the call bubble does something pop up showing a lead is open? From what i can tell the only place you can see the leads is if you actually search for it on the follow up tab. Is this right?

Hello Jo-Anne! This is an amazing product suggestion. And you are right, as of right now the only place where you can really see these leads is in the follow ups tab or if you create a custom report. I would recommend to add your recommendation in the Ideas tab so the product team can look into it further!

I agree on this. The customer will call back and book the job, then when we are going through our leads, we can't dismiss the lead or link it back to the booked job, so it throws our booked lead percentage off and creates a mess of the leads in the follow up tab.
