I am wanting the text that the customer receives include a picture and bio of the tech that is coming to their home. I have their bios under employees, but how to I get that to appear to the client? Thank you
Go to Settings. Then Under communications, click on Customer Notifications. Then you can edit your dispatch notification to say whatever you would like.
