Attaching inbound calls to Client Jobs

We would like to link our inbound calls from our Service Professionals to the jobs that they are calling on about. Especially when they are doing a post call but when we click from call, dispatch and open job the new way it doesn't link the call to the job at all. We used to be able to do this before the system was updated to have the pop-out.

You can create more call reasons to match the categories you may want and can also add answering service to your employees so you can have them as an answering option when categorizing the calls to the right csr's/dispatchers

Not sure if I am understanding, however if you go to the dashboard call metrics and click on the call, you can click on the call reclassify it and attach it to the job number or customer. Hope this helps

Seems like we are having to do this on every call manually. They aren't automatically linking to the job when client calls in and we go into the job to reschedule the job or add nots to the job. Just didn't know if it had something to do with the recent updates or not or if any one else is having this problem.

The green box with the correct csr who answered needs to be clicked and then booked on that call screen for it to attach to the right job
