You can currently use email templates or create one from scratch in ST. Just as a workaround at this time, you may use adobe suite or a similar program to build a template and then copy the HTML code into MP to easily recreate the template within the platform. I believe the best will be to discuss this option with your success manager/team to see if this is applicable to your account.
