What are other companies doing to encourage people to renew maintenance plan memberships? We currently use Marketing Pro to send monthly emails to those whose memberships are expiring, but we used to also mail out postcards. Would this help? Thoughts?

Check out Marketing Pro - Direct Mail. We have some great Expiring Membership Direct Mail templates for you to use to send automated campaigns to highly targeted audiences. You don't need to meet minimum print requirements so you can send one postcard, or hundreds, or thousands, all at a flat rate per piece.

We are also looking for a reasonably priced postcard mailing co. I find that unless we are mailing a ton of them at a time it is price prohibitive. We are smaller and don't find that we have enough to send all at once.

Find a local print shop in your town and set up some mailings with them.
