Automatic Billing Run Unsuccessful Alert?

Does anyone have an idea of what report would be set up to notify of any unsuccessful automatic billing runs?  I know we see them in the batches, but looking for something a little more in your face 🤪

Not for this one in particular...the issue we had was the card was not saved when a membership was created, so it didn't actually try a transaction, just put it to an auto batch that is labelled as unsuccessful.
