Memberships -- Office vs Field

I am curious what everyone is finding for memberships...are your field staff selling more or are your office staff selling more?  (just realizing now...it would be neat if we had a poll button on the community!!!)

Our office is definitely selling more, and I would be interested in a poll as well!

Hey, @MirandaMel -- in my experience, techs sold more because we equipped them with the information on membership details and for those who didn't remember what the benefits were, we posted it to the content portal to revert to! I believe techs were able to sell more because they were in front of the customer already making them happy with fixing an issue so it was a value sale at that point to offer memberships!
