I am attempting to track our customer retention in correlation to the number of membership renewals we are achieving on a monthly and yearly basis. However, I am struggling to find a report that provides me with that information. Is anyone aware of report that exists that shows the number of membership renewals that occur over a time period? Is there a way to show this data through a custom report?
Hi @hegersm -- you can create a custom report using the template: Membership Summary, there is a "renewed" column that gives you the number of memberships renewed within any date range you set. That will get you what you described!
