Yearly maintenance alerts to call and request scheduling

We offer a yearly generator maintenance and I am looking for the best way to set this up in memberships so that we can be alerted when a client is due for scheduling. Any help is much appreciated!

You can setup a "Recurring Service" within the membership so it will create "Recurring Service Events" on the "Follow-up" tab.
