Photos - Data Management

The inability for files to be renamed in bulk is a huge hurdle we have yet to overcome.  It requires that we still use 2 different systems to house photos which is not ideal given what we spend monthly for ServiceTitan....Not only would we would like to see the ability to bulk rename photos on the office side but also an easier way for photos to be managed on the customer/location level.  We service large multi-site retail customers and do full surveys of sites quite frequently that require tons of photos.  As it is now, those photos are unnamed and in no real usable, organized fashion - e.g. being able to save photos by location in named folders instead would be much more helpful.  Essentially, the photos attached mean nothing when you can't tell what they are and we don't really have the manpower to rename dozens of photos one at a time..  With all the data ST is capable of storing, consideration of some better data management functions for photos for contractors like us would be appreciated.

It would be nice if you could require your tech to name the photo at the time the photo is taken or being uploaded from the camera roll. This way they would not have a choice but to name the photo.

I recently created a form for install photos. It includes a "question" for each required photo- tech uploads each photo under the correct heading, and then when a manager reviews the form later, the photos are clearly labeled and organized! Adding the photo to the form does automatically add them to the job as well.

Thank you!  We'll definitely give this a try!  Does this allow multiple photos to be uploaded under the "question" or only 1 photo per each heading?

Absolutely can upload multiple per question!

This idea looks like it will work for us for now.  However, I would like for the completed form to be attached to the location, not the job.  This allows us to see prior data without weeding through a bunch of jobs to find it.  Do you know if that is is possible?  The blank form can be seen on the location but not the one completed with the previous job.
