Is there a way to disable technicians' ability to take specific payments in the field? We recently added a surcharge to all credit card payments. We don't want our technicians to have the ability to take credit card payments in the field so we can ensure they don't forget to add the surcharge. We still want them to be able to take checks and cash in the field.
Sure can! In settings, go to payment and invoice types. Select the appropriate payment type(s) and click on edit. A pop-up screen will show the option to hide it in Mobile.
