Is there a way that our techs can verify that a card has saved to a client file? We are not looking for them to see the card number, just a verification that the number has saved.

If they are still on the job I think they could go back to the invoice and select pay like Sheena mentioned and then see it in the payment type dropdown, then just back out of that area. Might be good to refresh before that too 😉

Hey @MirandaMel -- yes, on the mobile side when techs are on a job and go to invoice>pay, it will show if there is a credit card on file. Some companies also put it in the notes so techs know in advance before the begin the work!

Thanks, Sheena! I am looking more for when a tech sells a membership and can't remember if they clicked the box to save the card. Instead of them having to reach out to the office, is there a way they can see it.
