Viewing notes in forms in mobile

When a tech fills out a form, they are unable to see notes they have put into it.  Am I missing something/somewhere that they can see the notes?  My only thoughts on a workaround are for them to email the form to themselves to see it.

So I went in as a technician and started a form. Are you talking about notes here: 

And they are only showing up when I got back into the form? Is that the way it is for them?

Yes...lol...you wrote the same thing I did when I was testing it!  We don't see that note after the form is submitted when we look at completed forms unless we click on the green pencil to review it.  It isn't visible without clicking it.

Yeah I honestly have no idea.. That is very strange that you aren't able to see it unless you click on that pencil icon. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I am not sure, it was just brought to my attention yesterday but not sure the techs ever had a reason (or thought of it...) to bring it up.

This sounds kind of familiar, but I will have to check with my guys and see!
