Hi @michaelburns Are you using the card readers that come from Titan? If not, which ones are you using? Do you have any techs who can successfully scan cards? If so, compare the release levels of both Titan Mobile Ap and their operating systems to see what's different. When we implemented the Titan card readers, we found that a number of our techs had very out of date software, both Titan and the operating system. When we upgraded their devices to current levels, they worked fine. Hope this helps.
