Customer called to cancel their scheduled appointment. The job was book through the sold estimate. When Im going to cancel the job it says that I will not be able to book the job in the future off the sold estimate. Am I doing this correctly or is there another way to cancel this job?

While Im still learning alot , I would just put the Job on " Hold" if that Job just was Just cancelled because the Customer had to rechedule or something, I found it alot easier then cancelling and goig through the process of rebooking and switching things around if the Job just had to be delayed.

We usually get a a pop-up that asks if this work will be performed on another job. If you mark "yes," you will be able to book it again. Do you not get that option?
