Does anyone have a way of tracking the outbound happy calls the CSR makes during the day? Trying to find a way to track the productivity of our CSR.

We created a tag called Happy Call Complete and have them add that once they have completed it. We can then use that to filter a search on outbound calls.

You can also go to search (magnifying glass) at the top of the screen and choose "form" in the drop down box. You can then filter through for just happy call forms, etc and also if they have been completed or started and not saved.

To expand on that, you could create a job related form for happy calls that the CSR/dispatcher fills out when they make the call and have completion of the form tag the job for them!

Can you be more specific on how to filter those? I need a good report for this as well. 🙂

You can track number of outbound calls using the Office Performance Report, but it won't distinguish if they were happy calls or other types.
